GEMS4NAC Round 4 Contract
GEMS4NAC is a powerful management tool designed to assist you in managing your NAC operations in an efficient yet cost effective manner. We have developed this product from the “top down” in conjunction with NAC providers as a focused software package to assist with your day-to-day Management and Administrative requirements. Included in this unique database are all the requirements necessary for you to manage the new contract round smoothly and effectively.
GEMS4NAC will help you manage your DEST contract, with TYIMS files downloaded daily. The GEMS system was first released in April 2001, and has undergone major changes and regular enhancements in line with TYIMS changes and user requests. Some of the features available in this product are:
Auto forecast of visits and claims using an inbuilt ‘expert’ with the 2006-2009 business rules
Marketing and leads management module to track your marketing and leads for new business
Pre-population and printing of training contract for individual or bulk signup with renumbering ability once the contract has been entered in TYIMS, as well as tracking the contracts movements and contacts
Enhanced management reporting, statistical, financial and key performance indicators with the ability to view and print a graphical report
KPI monitoring reports with graphs, milestone and business activity summary reports/graphs at a touch of a button, board level reporting/graphs, extensive financial reporting
Ability to interface with a Web Portal. The files can be extracted from GEMS for your own use or used on our soon to be developed Web Portal Platform. This will be an add-on module to the GEMS4NAC product
GEMS4NAC offers FREE UNLIMITED SUPPORT available by telephone, with on screen shadowing facilities, email and/or built in HELP files. The GEMS4NAC software and database is hosted on our servers so all you need is a reliable internet connection to log in from anywhere in Australia.
